He puts His stamp of approval on it by virtue of His use of it.

How Jesus used the Bible

• He acknowledged that all Scripture pointed to Him
• He said He came to fulfill all Scripture
• He verified the historicity different events and people
• He quoted it during His temptation

He acknowledged that all Scripture pointed to Him Luke 24:27 – And beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.

Luke 24:44 – Now He said to them, “These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”

John 5:39 – “You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is these that bear witness of Me;

He came to fulfill all Scripture

Matt. 5:17 – “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill.”

Matt. 26:24 – “The Son of Man is to go, just as it is written of Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.”

Matt. 26:54 -“How then shall the Scriptures be fulfilled, that it must happen this way?”

He verified the historicity of different events and people He quoted it during His temptation

Matt. 4:4 – But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘ Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'” (Deut. 8:3)

Matt. 4:7 – Jesus said to him, “On the other hand, it is written, ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.'” (Deut. 6:16)

Matt. 4:10 – Then Jesus said to him, “Begone, Satan! For it is written, ‘ You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.'” (Deut. 6:13)

Luke 4:16-20 – And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. It’s clear that Jesus had a very high estimation of the Bible. One tenth of all He said came from the Old Testament. He relied upon the Bible constantly during His earthly ministry.
